## Space
The property is in a lovely modern building. It is neutrally decorated throughout with tasteful Scottish images hanging on the walls. The living area is bright and airy with full length Juliette style windows, comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV and stocked bookshelves.
Both the double and single bedrooms have ample storage space and I supply hotel-quality, high thread count linen and towels.
The kitchen/dining room has a sleek, modern feel and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Including a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
A fully fitted bathroom has a shower over bath and I will supply some basic toiletries such as soap and shower gel.
The flat will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your stay and wifi is available throughout the property.
## Access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
## Interaction
I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.
## Neighborhood
Dalry/Fountainbridge
Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging. ## Transit
Most places are within walking distance of the property.
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Airlink 300 bus to Port Hamilton. From here the apartment is a very short walk.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
## Notes
This apartment is located in Tollcross, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Commonwealth Pool are also worth visiting.
