On the ground floor is an immaculate twin bedroom and on the first floor is a spectacular open plan living space which takes full advantage of the huge picture window over the coast. There are binoculars, a tide clock and information for dolphin watching as the dolphins are often visible from the window. The dining area features a large oak table with seating for 9, along with high quality white crockery for 8 guests. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a Jack and Jill shower room. Externally, there is private parking for one vehicle, however there is plenty of on road parking.
Conveniently situated in the former fishing town of Lossiemouth, this wonderful location in Moray is ideal for exploring all the local attractions. Spend sunny days on the two sandy beaches (the east beach and the west beach) that Lossiemouth has to offer, with surfing and dolphin watching available. Situated on the seafront, the Lossiemouth Fisheries and Community Museum is a fascinating place to learn about the history of the area and how fishing has changed over the ages. Plenty of restaurants and cafés offering local seafood can be found within walking distance. Lossiemouth is also home to Windswept Brewing Co, where regular brewery tours are on offer. If you prefer to sample the local Scottish whisky, there are plenty of distilleries within driving distance. Just a 10-minute walk away is the Moray Firth Golf Club, with two 18-hole golf courses to be enjoyed.
The area is well known for being the base for RAF Lossiemouth and the Euro-fighters flight path is directly in front of the window. There are many attractions further afield to keep you busy. Why not visit the Scottish Dolphin Centre at Spey Bay and try your luck spotting one of these stunning mammals. This area is also home to otters, seals and an abundance of seabirds. If you enjoy golf, then many courses can be found nearby. The cathedral town of Elgin is approximately 5 miles away, promising a fun and interesting day out. With museums, cathedrals and a larger selection of shopping, it is certainly worth a trip.
