The Stable is spacious cottage, decorated to a high standard and has a unique classic look. It's a perfect escape to relax in comfort and style, either for the whole day or after exploring Gower. It sleeps 4 and has a feel of luxury and something unique and rather special.

Blaen Cedi is 4 star graded by Visit Wales and provides all the mod-cons to allow you to relax in comfort, including a hot tub with an impressive view! The Stable opens out onto the patio area, gardens and views.

The Stable has been adapted to allow a wheelchair user to enjoy their holiday, without any compromise on the overall aesthetic beauty of the cottage.

Details
There is one large spacious bedroom with an impressive six foot bed, (which can be split into twin three foot beds, if preferred. The bedroom has access to the outdoor veranda.
The en-suite bathroom is also spacious and has a shower in its own cubicle, a wash hand basin, toilet and electric shaver point.
The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with an electric oven with integrated grill and hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere cutlery and crockery.
The large lounge area has comfortable seating, an electric fire and a TV, DVD player and radio. The sofa bed can accommodate two further guests, if required.
The stone fireplace, exposed wooden beams, high ceilings, stone walls, polished wooden floors creates a magical and romantic atmosphere makes this a holiday to remember. There are all the comforts of home in this 4 star cottage.
There is gas central heating throughout the property. We provide bed linen and towels.

The grounds are accessed through a through a secure electric gate and the cottages are found hidden away at the end of a short, green, leafy lane.

Our family lives in the old farmhouse and we will be there to provide support and guidance throughout your trip.

Location

Blaen Cedi Farm is set above the famous village of Penclawdd, which is situated in beautiful North Gower coast with its extensive salt marshes and dunes. The cottages are nestled in amongst green farmland, woodland and fields, and offer delightful views of the Lougher Estuary and Llanrhidian Marshes.

Many of our guests return time and time again to savor the peace, tranquility and nature that makes Blaen Cedi so appealing.

We are pleasantly secluded, but not remote and it is a perfect base to explore the famous Gower beaches (some carry awards for beauty and cleanliness), Cefn Bryn, famous for Arthurs’s Stone and it’s picturesque hikes, Mumbles or the bustling cities of Swansea and Llanelli, packed with culture and of course shopping. The Welsh Coastal path is easily accessed from the village providing a gateway to the North Gower. There are extensive hiking and cycling routes at your fingertips.

For those with more time, our position on North Gower also means that there is also easy access to the delights of Pembrokeshire.

This vacation home is located in Llanrhidian Higher, a neighborhood in Swansea. Blackpill Lido and Clyne Gardens are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Swansea Market and Quadrant Shopping Centre. WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre and Swansea Observatory are also worth visiting.
