The bright and spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area has direct access on to a covered terrace. The living area is equipped with a 37” flat screen internet enabled TV with surround-sound, blue ray DVD player, iPod docking station and Skype camera. Free wi-fi will enable you to keep in touch with the outside world. The kitchen has all the usual modern appliances and a solid granite worktop.
There are three bedrooms – one single, one twin and a master bedroom with king-size bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, cathedral-style ceiling, 32” Freesat TV (internet enabled) and direct access on to a generously sized balcony offering excellent views across farmland, woodland and the hills of Strathnairn.
Downstairs, the main toilet comprises a large walk-in shower and grab rails for the less mobile. Ground floor level doors are all wide enough to permit wheelchair access to the single bedroom, kitchen/ dining/ living area, main toilet and front terrace.
