Guest access
The accommodation comprises of 2 large bedrooms, one double room with king sized bed and one bedroom offering twin beds. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. The bright sunny kitchen also provides space for dining and the newly refurbished bathroom has a powerful mains pressure shower (no bath).
Other things to note
Off road parking is adjacent to the cottage and there is space for 2 cars only. We have just recently installed a 7KW EV charger (additional charges apply).
Located in East Linton, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Preston Mill & Phantassie Doocot Mill and Hailes Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at John Muir Country Park and Scottish Sea Bird Center.
