The house has a large lounge with ample space for entertaining a large group , there is also an electric piano. Leading from the lounge is a garden room which has further seating and a TV which has freeview channels. The Garden room has double doors which lead out to an enclosed garden.

In addition, on the ground floor, there is a large hallway with space under the stairs to hang coats, there is a downstairs cloak room, a large dining table and a separate fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility. This is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and fridge. The utility is fully kitted with a sink, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
