The bedrooms are served by a ground-floor bathroom, and the interior of the cottage is complete with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed garden with outdoor seating. Roadside parking is available for guests. Livet Cottage is a stunning abode from which to enjoy a family holiday to the Cairngorms National Park.

Aviemore and Nethy Bridge sit just a pleasant drive away, whilst Ballater and Dufftown are well-worth a visit.

Located in Ballindalloch, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Lost Gallery and Grantown Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Speyside Way - Tominoul Spur and Lecht Ski Resort. Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and Landmark Forest Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking/biking trails and cycling in the area.
