For larger families there is a sofa bed in the Second lounge/Play room which can accommodate two children, if required.

We are a 5 minutes walk away from Norfolk Lavender visitors centre, with a beautiful gift shop, farm shop and café, and Farmer Fred’s, a soft play barn perfect for Children and petting zoo.
Venturing out, you will discover pretty coastal villages and towns. The popular beach resort of Hunstanton is just 3 miles away and is home to shops, tea rooms, restaurants, amusement arcades, a fun fair and Sea Life Centre. The RSPB reserves at Titchwell, 9 miles, and Snettisham, 3 miles, are popular destinations for anyone interested in birds and nature. We are also a 5 minutes drive from Wild Ken Hill from BBC Springwatch 2021, you can walk out to Wild Ken Hill from Heacham.
Visit King’s Lynn, 14 miles, for the magnificent Custom House, stroll through ‘The Walks’ or take a trip to Trues Yard Fisherfolk Museum. Snettisham Park, 3 miles, is a working farm with lots of animals to see, a large outdoor play area for the kids and a deer safari where you can get up close and feed the deer. A visit to Sandringham House, 5 miles, the Royal Family’s country retreat. You can easily spend the day looking around the house, restaurant, museum, country park, Children's play area and gardens.


Located in King's Lynn, this cottage is near theme parks and near the beach. Searles Golf Club and Norfolk Coast Path - West are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Norfolk Lavender and Rainbow Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Paint Me Ceramics and SEA LIFE Hunstanton. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
