The Scott's House, a lovely family holiday home with a rustic cottage style interior at the end of a cul de sac, a great location with a spectacular garden and outlook to the hills. Within 10 minutes walk/bike ride alongside the Steam Railway, running alongside the River Spey and the majestic Cairngorm mountain range, you arrive in the center of Aviemore with its bustling Scottish gift shops, traditional restaurants and pubs!
The Scott's House offers comfortable accommodation, with 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed with an outlook over the back garden and scenery beyond, a second double bedroom and a three single bedded room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. There is a tumble dryer and larger freezer in the garage for your convenience. Secure storage can be provided for bikes in the garage. The large garden with paved patio area, is well laid out and great for outdoor eating. It has a great aspect overlooking the golf course and provides easy access to the nearby Golf and Country Club which has a bar and restaurant facilities open to the public. The Scott's House is perfect for family holidays, children, golfers and those wanting a base to travel around the Cairngorm National Park and other wonderful scenic attractions of the Spey Valley.

Located in Aviemore, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Craigellachie National Nature Reserve and Cairngorm Reindeer Centre reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Speyside Wildlife and Landmark Forest Adventure Park. Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and Highland Wildlife Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
