The property is about 10 minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches, Swanage Town Centre and the rolling Purbeck Hills.
Access to the front of the property is via 6 steps down from street level. Complimentary, reserved undercover parking for one car is accessed by foot via the sloped pathway at the side of Sandringham Court.

We offer a very comfortable double bed as well as a twin bedded room. The property features a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and fully stocked cupboards; there is a full suite bathroom with electric shower.
From the lounge, you have stunning views over the Purbeck Hills and glimpses of the Steam Railway. On a clear day you can even see over to the Isle of Wight - use the binoculars provided for a closer view.
This is a strictly non-smoking property and we do not accept pets or children under 7. We can accommodate a maximum of four people per let and no more than two children per booking. We provide bed linen but please bring your own bathroom, hand and beach towels.
