The apartment is 12 minutes’ walk to the Royal Portrush Golf course, 5 minutes’ walk to the two amazing beaches, the harbour, world-renowned Harbour Bar and the Ramore complex of Restaurants. The Giant’s Causeway and Bushmills Distillery are only 10-15 minutes’ drive away.
We are at the Gateway to the Causeway Coastline just an hour’s drive from Belfast, the Titanic Museum and the Walled City of Derry. Our location is very central on Lansdowne Crescent in the first floor of a classic building of the grand 1900’s style only 100m from the rugged shore and the tiny Portandoo Harbour.
The apartment has been completely remodelled and modernised to meet today’s expectations for luxurious living. The living and dining area is a large open plan space with large windows overlooking the shore. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the living area giving a great feeling of space. The master bedroom is ensuite with a super-king-sized bed and TV, bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a twin room, these are served by a separate bathroom. There is a small Snug/Kids/TV day room with settee to give chill space for the kids.
There is a new deck area for outdoor relaxing. The management committee insist it is not used after 11pm so this is a condition of contract.
