A large kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal. Utility room held off of the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and sink. Access to the garden through the utility room. Large, bright and airy lounge with beamed ceiling and access to the balcony.

The lounge and balcony have a spectacular view over the sea and Combe Martin, the balcony is the perfect place to sit and eat your fish and chips and watch the world go by.

Double bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room, large double shower, toilet and basin. There is plenty of space for the additional sofa chair in this room, perfect for a child but big enough for an adult too.

Two other twin bedrooms situated either side of the main bathroom, which has a bath with a power shower over the bath, basin and toilet.

All bedrooms contain wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your use.

Located in Ilfracombe, this vacation home is near the beach. Exmoor National Park and North Devon Coast reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Traveling with kids?
