Devon. Sleeps up to 2

A spacious, well equipped ground floor apartment with patio garden and parking for one car. Quiet cul-de-sac location with easy access to the head of the creek, the National Trust woodlands at Hoodown, the village shop, cafe and pubs.

Open plan living room with integral dining space, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a kingsize double bed. Bathroom with shower and bath. Enclosed private garden with space to sit out, dry clothes and store bicycles, canoes, surf boards etc. TV and Wifi provided.

The Apartment is an ideal base for exploring the area with many short, medium and long walk options right from the front door. If you want to travel further afield then there are three ferry options to Dartmouth depending on whether you want to take the car or just use the foot passenger ferry. There is a bus stop 30 yards away if you want to go to Brixham, Paignton and Torbay without the car. But if you do want to take the car then you can guarantee you'll be able to park right by the front door when you return, and that's something not many properties in Kingswear or Dartmouth can offer!

Located in Dartmouth, this apartment is on a river. Dartmouth Museum and Brixham Heritage Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cayman Golf and Brixham Harbour. Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens and Battlefield Live Torbay are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
