One of just 18 privately owned lodges, collectively known as Lamont Lodges, Stravaigin Lodge is a perfect base for exploring any number of gloriously tranquil glens and riverside walks. Or if you're looking for something a little more adventurous the magnificent Beinn Mhor is just up the road while the surrounding forests, rivers and lochs are the perfect place for fishing, mountain biking or quad biking.
Located in Dunoon, this cabin is in a rural area and by the sea. The Queens Hall and Castle House Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Benmore Botanic Garden and Quadmania. Traveling with kids? Consider Funworld Leisure and Ardencraig Gardens. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
