There are a number of sleeping combinations available; we have z-beds, twins, day beds, trundle beds which can be added to most of the rooms in combination with the existing double or twin beds.

There are 8 bathrooms and shower rooms which will help a large family gathering.

With 8,000 sqft internally and 8 bathrooms and 4 acres of land we are uniquely able to offer a safe distancing holiday experience for our guests.

The Grange Manor House is located in the village of Setchey in acres of beautiful private grounds backing on to the River Nar. The house is an elegant grade II listed country manor incorporating a full size tennis court. The river Nar borders the estate. The house has been lavishly renovated and offers a luxurious venue for large groups. The oldest part of the house dates from the Queen Anne period. It has been decorated in a style sympathetic to its age and offers an ideal environment for celebrations and large family gatherings in an atmosphere of relaxed comfort.

The Grange Manor House offers free WIFI and a host of "mod cons" with plenty to keep everyone happy. Two of the reception rooms provide an ideal space for adults to sit and relax, whilst the entertainment room offers state of the art projector cinema system with surround sound. The yellow drawing room boasts log fire (seasonal), feature antique piano and offers views over the extensive grounds. The library offers another space to read or watch TV. The library, dining and cinema room fires bring warmth throughout the house.

There are 8 double bedrooms spread over 3 floors; 7 en suites on 1st and 2nd floors and an 8th bedroom and bathroom giving stair free access on the ground floor. The Orchard, Jinny and Master suites also have sofas, whilst the Jack, Jill and Bay suites come with additional day beds.The Master suite is huge with its own four poster bed, large walk in dressing area and bathroom with roll top bath, double wash hand basins and separate shower. On the top floor there is also the Ailsa suite, again with en-suite toilet and shower. The Jack and Jill suites share an interconnecting large bathroom with bath and shower room. In addition to the 7 en suite facilities, there are two shower rooms with toilets and wash hand basins on ground and first floor. Hairdryers, shampoo/ body wash and conditioner is supplied. There are additional occasional and sofa beds available. Linen for additional beds will be supplied for guests to make up.

The spacious kitchen is designed to allow families and friends to get together and cook or eat together, whilst the formal dining room, with seating for 14 to 16 and impressive chandelier and fire place forms the perfect backdrop for your celebratory meal. In house dining can be arranged with our highly recommended Chef.

You will have use of the full sized tennis court, which is great for a game on your door step. Tennis and badminton equipment is provided. Private archery and axe throwing lessons on the extensive grounds is available, by arrangement.

The large patio area allows opportunities for outdoor entertainment with new built in double BBQ and seating areas. There is also local clay pigeon shooting activities; again by arrangement. The well stocked games room, with extra TV (DVD only), WII (incl games), pool, table tennis and table football means that there is an abundance of fun activities to occupy both children and the young at heart.

The Grange is the ideal venue for both friends and families. We have child friendly facilities, including the hire of travel cots. High chairs, stair gates and baby monitors are also available.

The area offers good walking and cycling with beaches close by (17 miles). A sailing club, pay-and-play golf course, and Welney Wildfowl Trust are all within easy reach. The medieval town of Kings Lynn (4 miles) is of historical interest it contains all the main shops and supermarkets plus a regular London train service (1hr 15mins). Sandringham, Ely and Cambridge are all within an easy, pleasant drive.


Located in King's Lynn, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Greyfriars Tower and Custom House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Middleton Hall Golf Club and Ryston Park Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Caithness Crystal Visitor Centre, or check out an event or a game at Adrian Flux Arena. Scuba diving and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
