Full working kitchen and large bathroom with bath and powershower. Open plan living room and dining room. Two upstairs bedrooms. The larger room contains double bed and single bed and the other bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms are old time attic rooms with sloping ceilings. Additional fold away bed available if required. Secure Patio area down steps in garden and also Enclosed stoned picnic area to side of cottage. Tranquil setting overlooking the river with steps leading down to salmon pool. Fishing not suitable for children as it is a rocky steep bank. Day tickets available on local club waters for adults and children. Horse riding stables in Omagh. Private parking to side of cottage. Two minutes walk to village leading onto a lovely riverside walk. . Close to local hotel & restaurants and ideally situated for exploring the Sperrins. wifi available in cottage.
