Throughout the house, there are additional items to make your stay as easy as possible, such as the inclusion of a high chair for small children, iron and ironing board, large TV, DVD player and Wifi.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer as well as everything you need to prepare a family meal. The kitchen leads out onto the enclosed garden which has a patio, outside dining area and also a decorative pond. At the front of the property, there are is private parking.
There is a large Wet-room on the ground floor, and a family bathroom upstairs. One of the double bedrooms also has an additional shower in the room.

The house is located a few steps away from the popular shopping centre of Shanklin, which has a great collection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk away is Shanklin Old Village, which is always popular with visitors due to the picturesque thatched buildings, shops and pubs.

The nearby Seafront is perhaps one of the most popular on the Island, due to its large Sandy beach, seaside attractions, amusements, fairground rides, crazy golf courses and of course plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or an ice cream and enjoy the waterfront views.

Shanklin is easy to reach by car or public transport, with regular bus service and a train station within walking distance of the house. There are many popular attractions within easy reach of the house, making this an ideal location to explore the Island, enjoy the sea air and relax in pleasant surroundings.

NB: Please be aware that although the pond is netted, children must be supervised at all times whilst in the garden.

Please be advised some quilts are duck feathered.

This vacation home is located in Shanklin. Pirates Cove - Shanklin and Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Priory Beach. Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Sandown Pier are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
