Large downstairs bathroom (bath with shower over), modern kitchen-diner, outside utility (with additional WC), and large lounge with log burner and door to patio and terraced garden. Facilities include modern storage heaters, washing machine, freezer, microwave, DVD player and garden furniture in the fully enclosed garden. Wi-Fi broadband is available. Bed linen & towels are supplied, electricity and logs are included. This property has a Friday changeover and does not permit smoking. Please note this property is not suitable for babies or children under the age of 8 due to unusual bedroom layout and has arrival time after 4pm.
