A fabulous cottage in the idyllic hilltop village of Bryn Pydew just a few minutes drive from Llandudno, and the medieval walled town of Conwy, with views out towards the sea.

No.2 Ty Cerrig is a beautifully appointed two bedroom cottage. This is a lovely house with everything you need for a short break, week's stay or longer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and views out towards the sea. The second bedroom has twin beds and again views over the village and countryside. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with DVD players. Also on the first floor is the bathroom (corner bath with shower over). The ground floor consists of a fabulous country style kitchen with a modern look and feel. A cosy dining room, ideal for intimate meals in or relaxing family dining. The spacious lounge has a wonderful log burner for those cooler winter evenings and all you need to relax after a long day exploring the north coast and mountains of Snowdonia. There is also a small utility area with washing facilities and a ground floor WC. Facilities include full gas central heating, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, washer dryer, microwave, Wi-Fi (average speed 9Mbps), Google Home Hub, 3 Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom plus the lounge with DVD) and bike storage. Bed linen, robes, towels, gas and electricity are included in the tariff. Off road parking for one small to medium size car, there is parking at the village green for large cars as the drive is a little tight. This is a no smoking property. Sorry no pets allowed.
