This attractive apartment is laid out over two floors and is comprised of a large bedroom with superking-sized bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious sitting/dining room, shower room with large shower plus the added benefit of a drying/boot room for your walking footwear and outer garments. A private garden is adjacent to the property from which you can enjoy the dark sky delights of Exmoor and see the Milky Way on clear moonless nights. Dunkery View kitchen is fitted with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. Other equipment includes cookware, toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television, DVD player and CD player is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available at the property. Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Dunkery View is fitted with central heating throughout which can be adjusted to suit your preferences. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided. A large, enclosed garden is attached to the property which is available for your sole use. There is ample off-road parking for your one car and/or bikes directly outside the property. Sorry, dogs are not permitted in Dunkery View. This property is strictly non-smoking.
