If you are a lover of the great outdoors, you will enjoy all that this beautiful part of the highlands has to offer including many walks, forest and coastal trails to explore. If mountain biking is your thing, then you have the trails at Balblair 21 miles away and the Highland Wildcat Trails at Golspie 24 miles away, the latter is billed to have the longest freeride descent in the UK. Golfers have the options of Tain, Portmahomack, Alness, Invergordon, & Royal Dornoch all within 15 miles. Be sure to explore the beautiful Black Isle whilst here and the coastal hamlets of Cromarty and Rosemarkie located close to Chanonry Point (all within 35 miles) where you can spot the dolphins and grey seals that inhabit the Moray Firth. Step in to this beautiful five bedroom house surrounded by untouched Scottish Highlands with extraordinary countryside views. The entrance hall has hanging space for raincoats and a shoe rack for muddy boots. There is also a handy utility room and WC here. Next is the beautifully designed kitchen which has views over the rolling countryside from the sliding doors. Complete with everything you would need to prep a family dinner and there is an island where guests can keep you entertained whilst cooking. Separated by a wood burner is the cosy and comfortable lounge which have snug, deep sofas to sink into with a book while listening to the crackle of the fire or gather around the dining table for a family games night. All five bedrooms are beautifully and individually designed with glorious views over the farm which is home to a heard of beautiful highland cows. There are 5 bedrooms to choose from, all to ensure a good nights sleep for adventures ahead. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio with ample seating for everyone. This is the perfect area for summer BBQs in the sunshine or sundowner drinks.
