Relax in the lounge after a day of adventure exploring all that North Devon has to offer on the comfy sofas and watch a family movie together on the Smart TV. In the spacious well equipped kitchen you can cook up some of your favourite meals. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine. Completing this ground floor is a double bedroom and a walk in shower room and WC. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, which consist of a king size bed and en suite shower room with WC, a single bedroom and a twin room. There is a further bathroom with a bath and WC. Outside is an enclosed sheltered garden with a patio table and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy on those lovely warm evenings. The garage has plenty of room to store surfboards and bicycles.
