Saunton Beach is only 1.5 miles with beautiful golden sand, Beach Huts, lose yourselves in the sand dunes or spend the day surfing or paddle boarding. Croyde and Woolacombe both Award winning beaches are within 6 miles and are great for surfing. If you love walking, the South West Coastal path is on your doorstep or venture a bit further 12 miles and discover stunning Exmoor National Park with its magical moorlands and woodland walks. On arriving at this beautiful holiday home you will be greeted by the light and airy entrance. This will take you through to the open plan lounge/diner with its patio doors leading to the garden. Relax in the lounge after a day of adventure exploring all that North Devon has to offer on the comfy sofas and watch a family movie together on the Smart TV. In the spacious well equipped kitchen you can cook up some of your favourite meals. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine. Completing this ground floor is a double bedroom and a walk in shower room and WC. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, which consist of a king size bed and en suite shower room with WC, a single bedroom and a twin room. There is a further bathroom with a bath and WC.
