A sympathetic first floor barn conversion, situated on an organic working farm on the outskirts of Dyffryn Ardudwy on the west coast of the Snowdonia National Park. Dyffryn beach is 1.5 miles away and has a majestic stretch of sand, perfect for relaxing or taking a dip in the sea. The village is home to a newsagent, village store, café and railway station (0.8 miles). Visit Harlech (5 miles) for the stunning castle, independent shops and cafes, sandy beach, and theatre, whilst the traditional seaside resort of Barmouth (6 miles) is a must for the beach, boat rides, shops and ice creams! The Mawddach Estuary Trail (13 miles) is fantastic for walking and cycling. Take the external stone steps to the first floor. Before heading into the apartment take a moment to enjoy the countryside and sea views in the distance. When you step in, slip off shoes and hang coats before heading into the lounge/diner. Many original features have been retained giving plenty of character and a cottage feel. There is a comfortable sofa surrounding a TV/DVD and flame effect gas fire. To the side you can find the dining area for romantic evenings in. Make your way through to the kitchen which is compact, yet well equipped for all your culinary needs. The property is completed by a king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside you can find a shared games barn which is perfect for rainy days. There is a children s play area and a BBQ picnic area with picnic tables and a charcoal BBQ.
