The property is located in the heart of Tenby, nestled within the town walls in a prime spot to see all that the town has to offer. There is a fantastic selection of independent and high street shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are four beaches within walking distance: the North beach is just over 300 metres away but there are also the South, Harbour and Castle beaches to explore. For family days out, head to Folly Farm Adventure Park Adventure Park and Zoo (6.3 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (11.2 miles). The property is accessed via a shared hallway and there is a lift available to the first floor. As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into a small porchway with ample space for shoes, coats and a bucket and spade. Head through the main door to the apartment and down the corridor, and you will find a generously sized open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is a large, leather corner sofa centred around the Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar to enjoy a quick cup of coffee in the morning or there is an additional pull out table for more formal dining. There are doors leading off from the lounge to the balcony, with views of the town walls. Down the hallway, you will find three bedrooms. The master double has an en suite shower room with shower, there is a further double bedroom and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single. Completing the apartment is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Externally, there is a small, decked terrace enjoying views over the town walls and shared garden. It's a fantastic spot to sit out and relax at the end of a busy day and watch the sun set over the town.
