Situated in the prime location looking over St Andrews with a huge range of golf courses a magnificent coastline and an array of whiskey trails. Dundee is located less than 10 miles away and the Cairngorms National Park is within easy reach. Explore Balmerino Abbey s ruins and stroll around the tranquil grounds on the River Tay and visit the oldest tree in Fife and all within 6 miles of your base. We welcome you into this modern eco friendly lodge in the glorious county of Fife. Step into the open plan kitchen/living area with apex windows to admire the glorious landscape. Sip a coffee at the breakfast bar or cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen complete with an electric range oven with gas hobs, fridge/freezer, and microwave and there won t be much of a clean up with the integrated dishwasher. A washer/dryer can be found in the utility and boot room. Compete in a family game night at the dining table or relax in front of the Smart TV. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master double room with an en suite shower room and WC as well as 2 twin rooms with zip & link beds (which can be made into king size double beds at request). The family bathroom features a rainfall shower over the bath with WC. To the front of the lodge is an enclosed decking area perfect for lunches in the sunshine or to watch the sunset over St Andrews. The lodge features a sedum roof which is scattered with wildflowers in the summer! To the rear is the gas BBQ on the well kept lawn with a washing line. A communal play area features a slide, playfort, swings, and a sunken trampoline. There is parking for 3 cars
