The Lake District is just 19 miles away (to Ullswater), where you can enjoy a trip on one of the Ullswater Steamers, walk an alpaca or enjoy a tour of a distillery. Rheged (18 miles) is great on a wet day; watch a film, see an exhibition, wander around the shops, enjoy some lunch or take part in a creative class. Entering the property, through the private entrance, you will walk into the entrance hall. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan formal dining room with direct access through into the contemporary, stylish kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and bright with marble flooring and offers everything you will need to prepare breakfast or a celebratory meal. There is an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an informal lounge area just off the dining room, with a Smart TV and an electric fireplace it offers a great space to read a book and relax. Through the hallway you will find a small office/study, which offers some space away from the rest of the party if you do need to catch up on some emails while you are away. Head back through the hallway and head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three bedrooms. There is a small private courtyard to the back of the apartment and there are lots of shared grounds to discover.
