You’re welcomed into a light and airy communal hall at King George House with stairs rising to the second floor where there’s a private porch leading to the penthouse hallway. Ideal for socialising with friends and family, the stunning open plan living space has a state of the kitchen, supremely comfortable sitting area, stylish dining area and wonderful south-facing balcony. There's an additional snug for some peace and quiet! All accommodation is beautifully furnished - two on the entry floor (one with en-suite shower room) and a large modern bathroom between them; the third bedroom (also with en-suite) is on the top floor with panoramic window looking down through the living room. Secure residents' parking for one car is a great asset here, with additional unrestricted parking close by and a couple of supermarkets literally round the corner. There are two private balconies with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy meals or simply sit back with a good book whilst enjoying the views towards Orford Ness. Communal Entrance With a security intercom and staircase to the second floor where there’s a door to the private entrance lobby.
