After dinner, why not catch the last of the day’s rays with your favourite tipple out in the garden? As the evening grows dark, retire to the sitting room where you can snuggle up in front of your favourite show on the TV, or if you fancy watching something else, a delightful snug area awaits with its own TV and plush sofas. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom for your convenience. Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can wash away the day with a soak in the bath or freshen up under the overhead shower in the well-appointed bathroom. Continue onto Chipping Norton, where you will find a good selection of pubs and restaurants, including Bitter & Twisted, The Blue Boar and the Thai Shire, whilst if you want to stock up on fresh produce, you can visit the renowned Diddly Squat Farm Shop, well-known for its appearance on the hit series, Clarkson’s Farm. Venture further into the Cotswolds AONB, where you can hike along the famous Cotswolds Way which ends at Bath Abbey, tour the National Trust sites of Chastleton House, Lodge Park and Chedworth Roman Villa or enjoy leisurely strolls around the attractions of Batsford Arboretum and Garden Centre and Sezincote House & Garden.
