Four welcoming bedrooms can be found on the first floor; the master is a lovely triple aspect room containing a king-size bed and benefitting from an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has double aspect windows and has a king-size bed, the third has a double bed and the fourth overlooks the garden and has twin beds – you are spoilt for choice! The stylish bathroom completes the property and benefits from a welcoming bath for you to relax in before heading to one of the bedrooms for the night. Once you’ve rested your head, cook you and your group a delicious breakfast before retreating into the enclosed garden to enjoy it alfresco style where you will be surrounded by a Cotswold stone wall and a mostly lawn area, with seating and a barbecue to use in the warmer months. At the side of the house is a driveway, with parking space for two cars. You are in a prime location at The Bybrook, with Bourton-on-the-Water regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England and known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’, home to a wealth of attractions and shops, restaurants and tea rooms, such as Cotswolds Antiques and Tea Room and Coach & Horses pub and you can spend some time by the River Windrush which has lovely bridges. Surround yourself by wildlife at Birdland Park and Gardens or have some fun at the miniature replica of the Cotswold stone village at The Model Village.
