You will be greeted by a charming front patio with table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of the flowing river. Step into the spacious kitchen/diner, featuring a large island for food prep, a dishwasher and washing machine, where you can enjoy delicious meals at the dining table for five in front of the warming inglenook electric fire. After dinner, climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you will find a generous sitting room with three plush sofas, a Smart TV and an electric fire, a haven to relax in after a day of exploring. Make your way up to the second floor to indulge in a relaxing soak in the bath or freshen up with a shower, before choosing from three well-appointed bedrooms, two king-size, one with zip/link and both offering beautiful views overlooking the river, and a snug single room. Explore the local town, well-known for being the setting of The Last of the Summer Wine TV series, with Nora Batty’s cottage just paces from your holiday home!
