Arch Cottage is a character Grade II listed property located in the Old Town of Lincoln, built into the Newport Arch which is a second century Arch meaning the house is part Roman and Part medieval. The city itself has great shopping with quaint and quirky independent shops, and offers multiple historical landmarks, museums and aviation attractions from World War II museums to present day airfields and the International Bomber Command Centre. A short drive away is the market town of Newark, Doddington Hall, Whisby Nature Park, Hartsholme Country Park, Lincolnshire's transport museum and Woodside Wildlife and Falconry Park, and the village of Waddington which is home to the Red Arrows, the Dambusters Inn and Heritage Centre.
