This charming cottage, quietly tucked away in a small loke just behind the high street of the pretty, Foulsham

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 4

This charming cottage, quietly tucked away in a small loke just behind the high street of the pretty village of Foulsham, offers the best of everything - stylish accommodation, great local facilities, easy access to all the delights of North Norfolk - stunning countryside, a beautiful coastline, grand stately homes, art galleries, farm shops ... the list goes on and on!

Telford Cottage is a beautifully furnished, very comfortable, rather chic retreat that's super cosy too. With a warming wood burning stove and a sunny south facing courtyard garden, this is just the spot for a relaxing break, short or long, at any time of the year. The accommodation is set over two floors. On the ground floor is a modern, well-equipped open-plan kitchen with its own dining area and armchairs set beside french doors that open to the courtyard. Want to dine in? There's everything you will need to cook your favourite meal. Adjoining the kitchen is the sitting room that simply oozes comfort and elegance, and invites you to sit back and relax, watch television or read a book. Upstairs are two stylishly designed restful bedrooms (king-size and twin) accessorised with lovely linen, scatter cushions, pictures on the wall and both have excellent storage. A quality modern family showerroom with large shower completes the scene.

Telford Cottage is especially suitable for a couple but just as welcoming for a small family or friends to enjoy. Foulsham has a popular local pub, The Kings Head, which serves some of the best fish and chips in the area and comes highly recommended. There is also a handy village shop, a two minute walk away, which stocks all the essentials. A short drive will take you to the market towns of Holt and Fakenham (where you can catch some horse racing) and a twenty minute drive away is the wonderful North Norfolk coastline with its amazing beaches and pretty coastal villages. The historic city of Norwich is well worth a visit and a bus that stops regularly in the village will take you there if you wish to leave the car behind.
