Perfectly positioned to enjoy a walk in the woods at Holt Country Park, a stroll into Holt or along to the railway station to catch a steam train, this bolthole is the ideal spot for your discovery of North Norfolk.

This beautiful brick and flint home has two bedrooms (one super-king and one king size), both with en-suite shower rooms and their own identity with decorative, designer wall paper. Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, opens out into a dining area which in turn spills onto the south facing courtyard garden via french doors. A sunny, spacious sitting room area with Smart television, a downstairs WC and a family bathroom on the first floor adds to the luxurious comfort of this gorgeously styled home.

Wye Cottage is a wonderful bolthole for holidaymakers to enjoy all year round, for a short, mid-week stay or longer break. With so many fabulous places to eat and visit, both in Holt and the neighbouring villages, Wye Cottage is a great base from which to discover this delightful part of North Norfolk and offers an extremely comfortable welcome on your return after a busy day exploring.

A gate from the garden leads to a parking area shared with the adjoining properties. There is parking for one car in front of Wye Cottage's (no. 29) garage, which is behind the row of houses. If you have visitors during your stay, there are visitors parking spaces on Newell Close (first left as you drive in to the development).

Additional Information:
Please note: King's Meadow is still under development, but the properties all around Wye Cottage are completed and new building works and site traffic are well away from the house and only visible in the distance. Ongoing building work on the site should not have any impact upon your stay but there could be noise disruption during working hours.

Located in Holt, this apartment is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Coast and Holt Country Park, while Muckleburgh Collection and Chestnut Farm are cultural highlights.
