Here's some reviews:

"Walking into to the apartment is a seafaring voyage wrapped up in naval history and seaside, which tastefully decorated with Cunard memorabilia and oceanic interiors brings a wave of cruise-like elegance and coastal comfort." - Career Traveller (April, 2018)

"The pretty Captain’s Quarters flat is on the second floor of an apartment block in the lively seaside town of Margate, right on the water’s edge and not far from the old town centre. Its decor is bright and modern, and large sash windows give plenty of light and dramatic sea views." - The Guardian (December, 2017)

"A ravishing retreat" - The Daily Mail (August, 2017)
Captain’s Quarters is the proud receiver of the Visit England Accredited Self Catering award.
If you’ve ever fancied life on the ocean waves then Captain’s Quarters is perfect. Stylishly decorated to resemble a comfortable and relaxing sea captain’s accommodation, and full of lovely quirky features such as a world map above the hearth, a captain’s chair, shipping map and binoculars, and a large print of the famous Fighting Temeraire ship epitomised by J M W Turner, which happens to be the name of this apartment block. Turner was a resident in Margate for some years and loved Margate for its very special light. In fact he is often referred to as ’the painter of light’.

The apartment has a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a highchair.

We are happy to accept one dog :)
