There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, with nearby Capelulo waterfalls well worth a visit, where you may be able to see wild Welsh mountain ponies roaming or enjoy the delights of Conwy and its 13th-century medieval castle and craft and souvenir shops or visit the superb Surf Snowdonia just ten miles away. Head to the walled market town of Conwy, just under three miles away, where you can explore its castle and medieval town walls or visit Britain’s smallest house and sample its charming eating spots. Those seeking a bit of the great outdoors will enjoy the Pensychnant Conservation Centre and Nature Reserve, home to an abundance of wildlife and birds, or make the journey to the exhilarating Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, offering over 823 square miles, of diverse landscape and terrain.
