Enter the property via a porch - a great place to leave any sandy shoes or coats. To your right, you will find a double bedroom, with a Jack and Jill shower room leading to a single bedroom. To your left, there is a super-king-size bedroom, which can be made into a twin offering flexible sleeping arrangements, with Jack and Jill access to a stylish wet room which can also be accessed from the hallway of the house, and is suitable for those with limited mobility. The final bedroom is a family room with a super king-size bed (zip and link, can be a twin upon request) and a pull-out low level single, complete with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the back garden - a great space for children to play. Moving through the property, there is a spacious sitting room with a stunning blue velvet sofa, a woodburning stove and patio doors out to the garden. To finish the interior there is a fabulous kitchen/diner where the chef of the group can rustle up an evening meal for all guests to enjoy around the dining table - there is also a handy washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a stylish American style fridge/freezer. Outside, find handy off-road parking for three cars, and an enclosed garden to the rear, which has lawn for children and your furry friends to play, as well as a patio with a garden table for you to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, and for the more active - there is bike storage too! 4 Roman Bank is just a stone's throw away from a lovely shoreside café, an ice cream shop and the Sandilands Pit Nature Reserve. Take a short drive into Sutton-on-Sea where you can grab some self-catering essentials from the shop, enjoy an evening out at the welcoming pub, or indulge in some fish and chips as you walk along the beach. Slightly further up the coast is the seaside town of Mablethorpe which boasts a gorgeous beach complimented by a long promenade with a playpark and miniature train, as well as the popular Queens Park which has a children's pool, a boating lake and crazy golf. In the area, you can also visit the Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary, the Seal Sanctuary Wildlife Centre or take a more thrilling adventure to the aquapark nearby.
