Set in the town of Ferndown, close to all local amenities, New Forest, lots of nature reserves and Moors Valley country Park which is great for children, adults and dogs. The seaside town of Bournemouth with its sandy beaches and plenty of entertainment is only a short drive away, as is Poole, the lovely town of Christchurch, and Boscombe with its promenade and the pier giving fantastic views along the coast. Enter the property into the entrance hall, with space for coats and shoes and all rooms lead off from here. The lounge/diner has comfortable seating to relax in after a busy day, whilst catching up on your favourite programme or film on the 42 inch smart TV with DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs for all to enjoy an evening meal together. The kitchen/breakfast room with access to the garden is well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, there s even a dishwasher to do all the dirty work after cooking up that scrumptious meal. The breakfast table and chairs are perfectly placed by the window to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. The first of the two bedrooms is a king size with lots of storage and the other is a twin room with built in hanging space, both bedrooms overlook the back garden. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading outside, the large enclosed garden is laid to lawn with patio furniture, charcoal BBQ and a shed for bike storage with a rail to hang your wetsuit. There is off road parking for 1 car.
