Set within four acres of the owners land with close by rail links, this is a fantastic base for exploring the area, located between the market towns of Stowmarket and Needham Market, which has a direct rail link into London. Cyclist and walkers will love exploring the miles of winding country roads, taking in the beautiful views the Suffolk countryside boasts. Harry Potter fans will no doubt want to visit the close by De Vere House in Lavenham which was used in Deathly Hallows Part One and fans of Tomb Raider will also love Elveden House which was home to Lara Croft in the movie. Bury St Edmunds has a stunning cathedral, an array of shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants. The stunning coastline is an hour away and Dunwich, Southwold and Aldeburgh are all a must see. Located on the owners grounds, guests enter this property and arrive in the open plan lounge/diner. The airy and spacious lounge provides a comfortable place to kick back and rest those tired legs after a busy day out with its two comfortable sofas where you can sit back and either watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV, with French doors leading to a patio area overlooking the owners garden. The dining table offers a more formal setting should you and loved ones wish to dine in or even grab a spot of breakfast before heading out for the day. The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare a light snack or dinner, having a single counter top electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The tastefully designed shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, a king size and a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request), which is open plan to the landing area. There is a small gym that has yoga mats, rowing machine and a treadmill so if you re looking to burn a few extra calories this is the holiday home for you. Head through the archway to the secret garden area along with a summer house that is exclusive for guests so you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining and a cocktail or two while you watch the sun go down. Off road parking for several cars.
