Situated along the beautiful Carmarthen Bay and surrounded by medieval castle walls, the thriving seaside resort of Tenby has a long history and is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque harbour and a range of fantastic shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Tenby is also home to numerous historic buildings, the Tudor Merchant s House and the remains of Tenby Castle. Activities include boat trips, sea angling, golf, quad biking and canoeing. Tenby also makes a fabulous base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with attractions including Dinosaur Park Tenby (3 miles), Heatherton World of Activities, Manor Wildlife Park (both 3.5 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (10 miles). Also nearby are Saundersfoot (3 miles) and Pembroke (10 miles). This delightful first floor apartment is located in a quiet street just off the main promenade. External steps lead up to the door, followed by a shared hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor. On entering you will find the light and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. With TV/DVD and plenty of seating, the lounge makes a great space for relaxation at the end of a busy day exploring. Big bay windows offer lovely views of the sea and a dining table with chairs can be found at the other end of the room. You can cook all your favourite family meals in the tastefully designed kitchen, which is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge (with freezer box), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment also features two comfortable and relaxing bedrooms with 'Emma' mattresses, both with plenty of storage space: there s a pretty twin room with a pair of single beds and Juliet balcony looking out towards the town, and a charming double bedroom. The stylish bathroom features a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading outside, the beautiful 2 mile stretch of South Beach is just a few metres from the apartment. Known for its 10 foot sand dunes, the beach is ideal for windsurfing, swimming and sunbathing, and has views out towards Penally, Giltar and Caldey. There is a public car park, just 100 metres from the apartment. On street parking (subject to availability and not guaranteed) outside the property.
