The area itself has many brilliant walks to discover (a 2 mile walk to the pub at Shorwell is very rewarding), is popular with cyclists too and being centrally located, it s a great base to explore all the delights on offer on the Isle of Wight. A community pop up pub can be found just a short walk away (under 1 mile). The island boasts many beaches including the sandy town beaches at Shanklin as well as a diverse selection of attractions to visit. Why not spend the day out fossil hunting at Dinosaur Isle, take in the history of Osborne House or Carisbrooke Castle, or take tea at the quintessentially English village of nearby Godshill?
