Walkers can enjoy nearby unspoilt and idyllic coastal walks in the Cheviot Hills and visit quaint British seaside towns and villages. There are also two golf courses nearby, including Bamburgh Castle Golf Club which offers golfers stunning seaside views. Worth a visit is Alnwick, a beautiful town which was once voted the Best Place to Live in Britain by The Sunday Times in 2016. This cosy single level cottage offers guests a truly comfortable place to stay. The comfortable lounge features a fabulous inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. The lounge also includes ample seating, a TV/ DVD and a fold away dining table. The galley style kitchen is well equipped with all the facilities guests need for a great self catering break, including an electric oven/hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms bedrooms, one of which is a king size and a single bedroom. The bedrooms share a shower room with WC. Guests can relax in the sun in the well maintained patio and enclosed garden area at the front of the cottage. There is a garden bench and small table. Unallocated roadside parking is available to the front of the property. Guests should note that this cottage can be booked alongside similar cottages for larger groups.
