The perfectly equipped contemporary kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave it is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a useful WC. Heading upstairs are three bedrooms the master is a super king size with a Smart TV, the second is a king size again with a Smart TV and the third bedroom is a twin. There is also a family shower room with a shower and WC. Completing the accommodation on this floor is a balcony where guests can enjoy their morning coffee and plan the day ahead. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden great for both you and your four legged friends to relax in. Guests will find a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining and a glass of wine under the star filled skies. There is also a small sunny courtyard at the rear of the property also with seating. There is off road parking for two cars at the front of the property.
