Situated in one of North Devon's most picturesque villages, close to Combe Martin and central to Woolacombe and Exmoor, this very spacious, semi detached farmhouse offers an ideal base for the many delights close by. Stroll the working farm and see the cows, sheep, trained sheepdogs at work, ducks, hens, ponies and newly born baby lambs in the spring. Close to Exmoor, the famous Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) and the beautiful coastline with lovely sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde which are ideal for surfing and the pretty bays/beaches at Combe Martin and Ilfracombe, which are ideal for rock pooling. Other attractions include golf courses, horse riding, swimming, fishing, National Trust Arlington Court, the market town of Barnstaple and local country pubs and various restaurants to your taste. Stepping inside the house it has ample character with slate floors, wood panels and exposed beams. Leading through to the spacious kitchen/diner which is well equipped and the perfect place to cook up a storm, with an electric oven and hob,microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Once the cooking is done and its time to eat the lovely dining table seats nine. Next is the lounge where comfortable seating surrounds the TV/DVD and wood burner, the perfect place to relax for a cosy evening in. Heading up the stairs from the entrance hall you will find the four bedrooms, a four poster double, a double, a bunk bedroom and finally a triple bedroom with three single beds. Completing this property is the bathroom with bath and WC. Also a very handy shower room with shower and WC. There is also a separate WC. Heading outside a pretty walled country garden with seating and charcoal BBQ and a play house will keep the little ones amused. Ample off road parking.
