Stroll around the pier to the harbour where the fishing boats unload the daily catch, purchase the freshest seafood from the fish stall. Enjoy Little Shore beach for recreation or wildlife and explore the rock pools on the jumpy shore, both adjacent to the house. Browse independent shops and the collection of retail pod s next to the harbour and sample the delights of local produce in the renowned restaurants. Enjoy a river walk to Warkworth to visit the medieval castle or the coastal path to Low Hauxley s quiet beach. Take a boat trip to Coquet Island for the amazing birdlife and a visit to The Alnwick Gardens and Castle is a must. The house sits above the original 19th century lifeboat house and was rebuilt in 2020 with open plan design and it has been stylishly furnished to a high standard. Access the house at the side of the property into a spacious hallway. Head into the lounge for ever changing views facing east, west and north so you can take in spectacular sunrises and amazing sunsets. Spot numerous sea birds from any window and if you re lucky, seals and pods of dolphins making occasional appearances at the harbour mouth. This is a wonderful place for all the family to gather with comfortable sofas to relax on and Smart TV. A couple of steps take you down to the spacious, open plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating. In the kitchen you ve got everything you need to cook your meals with a Range style electric oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, microwave and dishwasher or sit on the bar stools so you can chat to the cook with a glass of wine. In the dining area the dining table faces bi folding doors leading out onto the main balcony so, you can dine indoors with the doors open, enjoying the views and then take your drinks outside. A door in the kitchen leads up two steps back to the hallway where you will find a separate WC and the games room with a pool table and dartboard. You can access the garage from here to store your bikes and surf gear and there is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading upstairs to the first floor, all bedrooms have fabulous sea views. The master super king size bedroom has the same fabulous views as the lounge with wall to wall windows and a private balcony where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee. It has a Smart TV, stylish dressing room and en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony and there is a beautiful en suite shower room and WC. The third bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room and WC and the fourth has a double bed and an en suite shower room and WC. Outside, there are three balconies, one large one on the ground floor and two on the first floor each with their own table and chairs perfect for more intimate dining and there is a walled picnic patio area to the side of the house with wonderful views of the pier. Parking is off road for up five cars at the front of the house.
