With enough space to accommodate up to six guests, the first floor has two bedrooms; the third is on the ground floor making it easily accessible. All three bedrooms have an ensuite with either a walk-in shower or a bath with an overhead shower.
The kitchen comes with everything needed for a self-catered stay such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, underfloor heating and a dining table with enough seating for guests. A washer/dryer is in the utility and a washroom is also on the ground floor.
In the lounge, there are two comfy sofas, a TV and a wood-burning stove.
Outside there is a shared enclosed garden, this is the perfect area to let the dogs roam freely. A private outdoor space is at the front of the cottage and is complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Breathtaking walks with family and friends can be found on Bishop Bennett Way and the Sandstone Trail and local restaurants are a short drive away.
