A handy cloakroom can be accessed from the kitchen, whilst heading back through the kitchen and up four steps brings you into the heart of the home; the spacious sitting room features a beautiful wood burning stove in the corner, placed perfectly before the large corner sofa where you can wind down as you watch the Smart TV. In the summer months, grab a cold beverage from the drinks cooler in here and bring the outside in by opening up the stunning bi-fold doors that lead onto the patio, where a long outdoor dining table and chairs and fire pit makes the perfect spot for alfresco meals, with outdoor automatic lighting and a luxurious hot tub to relax in beneath the stars.
