Enter into the stylish kitchen on arrival and be immediately impressed by the wonderful offering of appliances in this culinary haven, with two electric ovens, two fridges, a wine cooler, and many more at your fingertips, you can look forward to evenings spent around the breakfast bar with a glass of wine while food simmers on the hob. Delight in coming together around the dining table in the next room for family meals, with a TV in the corner perfect for catching up on the news with breakfast. A handy cloakroom can be accessed from the kitchen, whilst heading back through the kitchen and up four steps brings you into the heart of the home; the spacious sitting room features a beautiful wood burning stove in the corner, placed perfectly before the large corner sofa where you can wind down as you watch the Smart TV. In the summer months, grab a cold beverage from the drinks cooler in here and bring the outside in by opening up the stunning bi-fold doors that lead onto the patio, where a long outdoor dining table and chairs and fire pit makes the perfect spot for alfresco meals, with outdoor automatic lighting and a luxurious hot tub to relax in beneath the stars. Delight in an afternoon treat at one of the cafés or pubs after a morning of walking in the surrounding area, with Corwen resting within the Clwydian Range and the Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has many scenic areas to explore. Embark on a journey back in time on a vintage steam train from Corwen to Llangollen on the Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway, taking you through picturesque countryside before arriving in the pretty town.
