Argraig, Llanbedrog

Gwynedd. Sleeps up to 12

Enjoying a prime location in Llanbedrog, with views over the headland and towards the sheltered beach, rests this luxurious detached cottage, Argraig. Boasting a contemporary feel throughout, the cottage is the perfect choice for celebrating a special occasion or to simply catch up with the family whilst enjoying all that this fantastic North Wales location has to offer. As you park up in the driveway and make your way up the steps, you’ll know you have made the right choice once you see the far-reaching sea views, which can be admired from several rooms in the house. The open-plan living area is comprised of a well-equipped kitchen which boasts all the essential appliances to cater for a group of twelve, plus a large dining table and small sitting area where you can talk with one another whilst the meals are prepared. Wander on through into the main lounge to find a large space where everyone can congregate on the sofas and armchairs to discuss the holiday thus far. With six bedrooms and four bathrooms across both floors, there is plenty of space to accommodate all types of groups. The ground floor plays host to a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well two doubles which can be arranged as twins for added flexibility. Head upstairs to discover a second king-size with en-suite bathroom, housing an elegant free-standing bath for those much-needed soaks at the end of the day, while there are two vibrant twin rooms for children. There is also a contemporary bathroom and shower room to serve those rooms without en-suites. Continuing to impress, outside there is a wraparound patio with a private hot tub so you can enjoy a soak whilst taking in the idyllic surroundings; why not pour yourself a glass of wine or champagne and sit out under the stars or relax in the bubbling hot tub? There is also a rear garden in a slightly more private position, plus parking for up to four cars at the front of the cottage. Gather the whole gang together and take the short stroll down to Llanbedrog beach, a sheltered sandy beach where you can enjoy some fine views of Cardigan Bay. Llanbedrog itself is an ideal holiday village, offering a beachfront bistro and bar, a Gothic Victorian mansion with art exhibitions, a cafe and outdoor theatre, two pubs, a shop and a chemist. Further exploration can be found in Abersoch, a popular destination with tourists for its water sports, sandy beaches, bespoke shops and restaurants, providing a fun day out for all the family, or perhaps a visit to the historical market town of Pwllheli could on your agenda? Whatever you choose to do, return to this first-class holiday home to plan for the next adventure.
