A wonderful four-mile walk is to follow the sea wall eastwards- stopping at the Bird Reserve, then following the River Rother towards Rye and returning across the field tracks past Camber Castle. Whether you want to go shrimping, surfing or simply walking - Bramble Tye is the perfect place to sit back and decide - either in the summer house or gazing across the sea from your balcony. Kitchen/Dining Room is an extremely light and attractive space with wonderful oak flooring. There is a family room which can be closed off from the main living area furnished with a three seater sofa, occasional table, a variety of chairs, a gas "woodburning" stove and a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player.  In the main room there is a dining table and six chairs plus sideboards and cabinets and the superbly stocked bespoke Kitchen provides an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave - the Utility Room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer
