Kitchen is equipped to a very high standard including an electric oven with  high-speed halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a lovely wall bench seat with extending table seating six. There is also a pantry, a butler sink and the washer/dryer is hidden away in a cupboard. A door leads directly onto the rear courtyard

Bathroom is simply gorgeous with a claw foot bath with "telephone" taps, separate huge shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c. Unusually - it also has an original corner fireplace!
