Enjoy the very best of locally landed fish and seafood, and wines from world-class Sussex vineyards – plus some brilliant live music. (Remember live music?!!)

WALKING FESTIVAL 17th - 26th SEPTEMBER, EASTBOURNE
This ten day celebration of the great outdoors brings together industry experts and authoritative volunteers for you to enjoy the incredible trails, paths and stories of this elegant Victorian town, sitting at the very gateway to the breathtaking Sussex Downs National Park.

HUNDRED WATT CLUB – AN EVENING OF BURLESQUE IN HASTINGS, SEPTEMBER 25th
Join the club as they return to the iconic St Mary in the Castle, Hastings for a vintage-inspired, champagne-popping evening of burlesque!

Home to the late Christopher Lloyd (1921 – 2006) who devoted his whole life to creating one of the most exciting experimental gardens of our time. September 6th :Exotic Layering. “SEASIDE MODERN: ART AND LIFE ON THE BEACH”, ALL OF SEPTEMBER – END OF OCTOBER, HASTINGS CONTEMPORARY, OLD TOWN HASTINGS
Curator James Russell takes a fresh look at the popularity of the British seaside in the 20th Century, with works by artists including Paul Nash, LS Lowry, Barbara Hepworth and Laura Knight.

Only moments away from the sea, our static caravan is located on a spacious, sunny plot, close to the Park's fantastic amenities and only a short journey to explore Hastings & St Leonards, whilst being surrounded by outstanding country parks and walks. This really is the perfect base to explore and discover the gems of Sussex’s stunning beaches and countryside.

Ancient castles, stately homes, gardens, parks… and loads of really great country pubs in the region’s many picturesque towns and villages.

Our modern & comfortable space comprises one double bedroom and two twin single bedrooms - including all bedding and fluffy towels, open plan living space with the fully equipped kitchen, offering guests great socialising space when cooking and keeping an eye on the children, shower room/wc and additional separate w.c. Lastly, a large patio area with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

Everything you need for a perfect stay:
Kitchen has a fridge with freezer box, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and all pots, pans, plates and cutlery you’re likely to need.
Living/Dining Room has a 32” T.V., private WIFI, large corner sofa, table and chairs for 6 people, gas fire and electric heaters.
Bedrooms have comfy mattresses, linen, two pillows each, and storage spaces.
Wash facilities have a full height adjustable shower, basin, towel rail, towels for all guests, separate additional W.C.
External spacious patio area enjoys day-long sunshine (when sunny!) table and chairs, BBQ

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm
- Check-out time is 10am. (Later by prior arrangement; a surcharge may need to be applied.)
- Smoking is not allowed within our holiday home
- All guests must adhere to the Park’s rules on noise and behaviour
- Single night stays may be applicable with prior arrangements

Parking:
There are ample on-site parking facilities available very close to the property

Pets:
Well-behaved pets are welcome (maximum 2) Dogs must not be on the List of Dangerous or Banned dogs.

Combe Haven & Beyond


Combe Haven offers wonderful facilities including an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool with flume, minigolf course, sportsdrome activities centre, nature reserve, sports bar, large playground & arcade. There’s a Live Lounge for the main entertainment venue of an evening, with restaurants Mash & Barrel, Burger King and Papa Johns. On site there’s a very well-stocked mini-market for all your essentials.

To maximise your enjoyment on your holiday, we would recommend purchasing an entertainment pass, however you can stay without the pass. Passes will need to be purchased on arrival or at any point during your stay if required. All payments are made directly to Haven; please see the price list within pictures. Site facilities are open March-October - all other dates, the caravan is accommodation only.

2–15 April, 28 May-3 June, 19 July - 29 August, 25–28 October.

Hastings & St. Leonards offer a wide range of independent shops, eateries and attractions - you’ll find more detailed breakdown in your welcome pack - The Old Town of Hastings is awash with history and individualism, from the largest beach landed fishing fleet to the Hastings Contemporary art gallery, and more than its fair share of fascinating pubs (many with live music), shops and antiquities in between. Meanwhile, St Leonards has a more cosmopolitan appeal, offering galleries, boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, bars and restaurants... you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Further afield is the breath-taking Rye, a medieval town famed for its tidal harbour and never- changing town centre. Camber Sands with its pristine sandy beaches, Eastbourne, Brighton and much, much more are all within an easy drive-distance away. And if you want to leave the car, there is easy access by bus or trains to many of these places.
